Bungie has already acknowledged that Shader drops from Trials are likely broken, but I haven't seen any discussion regarding drops from Iron Banner. Nobody that I've talked to has received a shader drop from Iron Banner since Edge of Fate released in July, but I'll admit that we've only had 1 week of Iron Banner since then and a lot of people didn't bother participating. Maybe everyone just got unlucky.
