Upper Hand Catalyst for Praxic Blade not available
I was able to obtain the Hyberblade catalyst but the Upper Hand catalyst isn't obtainable.
The mini-blights do not spawn after flipping the world over and killing the 2 knights in the beginning.
I have read elsewhere that if I have a catalyst already unlocked that this soft-locks and I have to find a fresh player. How can I obtain this catalyst properly?

Same, me and 2 friends still have this issue - no blights spawn no matter what, supposed "fix" did nothing

We had received reports of issues with both of the catalysts, but the issue has since been resolved. If you are still having trouble and are certain you've completed the requirements, can you provide us with a video showing one of your runs demonstrating that the requisites are being performed, but the catalyst is not being provided?
