PLATFORM: PlayStation ISSUE: Unable to speak to Dawning vendor and purchase in game boons as it’s conflicted with the Armament Protocol quest which requires I speak to Deverim Kay in the tower though he is in the EDZ. REPRO STEPS: An uncompleted Armament Protocol quest at the time of the current Dawning. ACTUAL RESULT: You can’t abandon the Armament Protocol quest and pops up as a priority quest that completely blocks you from progressing with the dawning quest. This locks you from speaking to the vendor and thus the boons and momento. EXPECTED RESULT: Normally like anyone who had previously completed the Armament Protocol quest when Deverim Kay was in the tower can speak to the dawning vendor and progress as normal.
