My crossave is not working properly
I cabt play my Xbox Account Steam, i crossaved my account and wanted to use my Xbox Account as my main Account but somehow the characters and everything are not on my Steam account (its a fresh account on Steam) and because i bought silver before on my xbox account i cant deactivate crossave and make it fresh.
Please bungie Help me with that, i want my Xbox Account with its Progress as the main Account

4 RepliesHey there, an issue like this can occur if you link your Steam using your Steam registered email address and Steam password, rather than your Steam login account name and Steam password. Because Steam supports multiple accounts on the same email address, this actually creates a new profile, which is the one that gets linked. it is a different profile to the one your Steam client logs into. This could be why your cross-save characters do not appear while launching the game on Steam. Could you try something, log out of Bungie.net and log back in with your Steam login name and password. What happens? 1 - Does it log you right back into this account, the one you are posting on? 2 - Log you into another Bungie Account altogether, or ask you to link to an existing one?
