Can you please retool Blight Ranger to work for all weapons that use reflection effects? This will probably also impact an exotic glaive at some point.
I can see ways Bakris might work with the Praxic blade, Sting might work with Praxic, I'm not home so I can't test it atm. There's a few others that sorta might aid the praxic blade but over all they are just... exotics doing the thing that they are designed to do.
Meanwhile both Warlocks and Titans have various exotics that build directly into the sword.
You keep tlaking about the "fantasy of hunters being a support class"... who's fantasy? Your day dream that people play hunter that way, or can play hunter that way, maybe.. Hunters, since vanilla destiny 1, have been implied to be heavily melee focused, you DON'T want to get knife range with a hunter, the lore says, yet, hunters aren't particularly impressive as melee goes, aimbot throwing knives not withstanding.
Warlocks especially, with recent buffs to how "buddies" work and the fact you can solo most content just by throwing an endless stream of scatter grenades, it feels like Hunters just exist adjacent to two superior classes.
Having blight ranger work for any current or forthcoming weapons that reflect shots back at enemies is kinda the least you can do.
Will say again, I think the "support class fantasy" is you "fantasizing" that's what the hunter needs or players want.
