I have noticed repeated times(in pvp as I use phoenix dive in pve) that if I use my rift and hit either a slight change in elevation or impact with another player it results in the animation going off, my rift being put on cooldown, but no rift is present on the ground. Can this be looked into? It is really frustrating.
