Once you finish the puzzles and make it to the boss room, the shrieker won't open, no matter what you do, causing it to softlock, and the room will slowly start spawning infinite thralls, looks like two every minute or so, plus their AI looks like they’re trying to flee and despawn. Guess I should’ve got the glaives back when the witch queen released because Bungie’s never gonna fix it...
