You will need to deactivate cross save by heading back to the cross save section of the website app and under your platform accounts there will be a deactivate button. If you purchased silver within the past 90 days, there is a 90 day cooldown that begins from the point of Silver being added to your account so you will need to wait out any remaining cooldown time if there is any. Once you deactivate cross-save you will begin a 90 day cooldown before you can reactivate cross save and during which your platform accounts will only have access to their own characters, so you'll need to play on Playstation to use your characters/gear etc. All cooldowns are mandatory and Bungie will not override or bypass them.
