Derealize Exotic Mission, Conquests
I wasted my time on this mission. Why does our team have 11 lives then when we get to the jump puzzle right before the boss, our revives vanished? What a waste of time.

It's not meant to happen but I haven't seen Bungie mention they're aware of it, but good chance that they are since its been posted about a few times.
