Should The Tower Venders offer bounties like weapons, armor, emotes and vehicles just to name a few examples?

I vote yes but its the rank up of vendors for me and ability to have several weapon perks then that I miss the most... the ability also to tier up a weapon by pouring materials or doing something (sacrificing a chicken or goat?) would also be cool. I think this ties into making the world more real and if you do this you can try to then make planets/patrol more interesting too... -
I think that it would help keep the venders relevant!
