I haven't played this game in at least two years and noticing the performance decrease is borderline dogshit. "Borderless Windowed" doesn't even fill the screen all the way and "Fullscreen" stutters like absolute -blam!-. Why even take away Fullscreen exclusive? Makes zero sense. And I know it's absolutely nothing to do with my computer, this is quite literally the only game I have played that performs this bad. There is no reason for my rig to drop even below 200fps.
