Renegades ghosts not progressing
I have double and now triple checked to make sure I got all the ghosts. For some reason I’m not able to place them or when I did it bugged out. I count 16 ghost in the Tharsis outpost, my triumph is 17/18. Maybe it glitched when I interacted and tried to place?
