Dual Destiny
i have been trying to get a secret keeper to spawn but no luck after so many completions on overthrows on all three locations and still nothing

Looking at your triumphs, you've only gotten completions of Overthrow in the Landing. The requirement for Wizards to begin to spawn is that you have at least 1 Overthrow boss kill in all 3 areas, you're missing a boss kill in the Impasse and in the Blooming.
