Crosssave Issue
So I play on PS5...I bought a gaming laptop and downloaded Steam and I do have Crosssave enabled for my PS5 and PC. Installed D2 on Steam...and I may have messed up in the process but now it wants me to start from scratch...my Characters aren't crossing over. I have tried uninstalling D2 and even manually deleting folders and starting from scratch...Can someone please help. Thank you in advance!

Checking your profile, it does seem like you correctly configured Cross Save several years ago, and your setup has been the same ever since, with PlayStation set as your Active Account. Therefore, you should be seeing your PSN characters when logging in on Steam. In light of that, we suggest verifying you're logging in to the correct Steam account and Steam ID, as this has tripped up some players in the past. Please double check and keep us updated!
