I've resolved this, didn't notice the email bungie sent me with extra steps I'm trying to set up parental controls for another account. They've sent me the request to be the main parent account, I accept and get a pop up about kids web service i accept and proceed and then just get an internal service error. I've been trying to do this for some time now and no luck. I tried signing into the kids web service to see if that would change anything at it hasn't. could really do with some help here. [u
