Unclaimable Rewards at Special Deliveries Kiosk & Vault Performance Issues
Two issues in one post for ease.
First issue is I seem to have an extra Exotic Cipher and 5 extra Ascendant Shards in my Special Deliveries Kiosk that I can't claim. They're not part of Rahool's Secret Stash as I've already claimed those this season, they just showed up one day and I can't do anything with them.

Second issue is to do with frame drops in the new Vault screen. For some reason it only occurs on specific pages of the Vault.
