Forging Matrix Europa: Cloak clipping, weapon disappears, no healing, stuck in ship

First noticed what I assume is my cloak clipping and it was blocking at least half my vision. Then my weapons would disappear, sometimes would reappear by switching weapons. Then I noticed I wasn’t getting healing from anything and no feast of light from picking up orbs. Last when I jumped in the ship to leave, it just stuck there.
