Hand cannons in PvP
Maybe hand cannons need to be tweaked if every kill on the feed is a precision 3 tap from solemn, igneous, rose, etc.
Or maybe everyone is an elite gamer who never misses a single headshot

Solemn with slide shot and precision instrument feels really good imo. What you see on console is cheaters with hardware sliding and doing 180 in a second every time landing crit from across the map, but it’s a cheat issue.
