Mementos | Just make them usable SHADERS
Currently, only old weapons (pre-EoF) or enhanced ones can equip ONE memento. Why not make them shaders already? None of the new weapons can use or equip them currently. Why?

I’m kind of okay with the idea but there’s one major issue that isn’t addressed. People worked very very hard to acquire these mementos by doing things like…. Spawning in, and flying in space. All those people running around with old weapons to show people their achievements will be left with nothing but a void in their hearts. They must be saved this despair before just making their accomplishments available to the common sweeper bot.

15 RepliesClearly you don’t know it’s already a shader… the memento itself is a charm basically the bundles as a shader and a title for the weapon. It’s meant to serve as a wearable trophy like a weapon or armor piece or even titles from the harder or more time limited events

1 Reply100% agree. They shouldn't be one use only. Once we get them, they should be available to use as many times as we want. I stopped grinding for mementos because it makes no sense to spend all that time just to get a one-time use cosmetic. And we can't even preview how they will look in the gear before applying them.

Super facts. I would love to put some of them on armor too. Especially the gardens and gambit momento.

I wish bungie would grow up and quit being cash grab A holes. if i wanted to get cheated in a pvp match I'd play call of duty. what do these morons do. charge 100 bucks for one new planet and give it to the cheaters. sad.
