My account’s system chat channel is a slightly messed up. System messages do not appear and commands like /help do nothing, but they work perfectly on my alternate account on the same PC. I have already deleted cvars.xml, reset all chat settings, reset key binds, reinstalled, switched regions, and disabled overlays. I am able to send chat messages, use /invite and /join, but that's it.
