Hello and thanks for taking your time to read this. First off let me say this heavy axe is awesome. As someone who joined the game because of iron banner since D1, I really kinda got a whole theme around it hence the name.
Enough of about me, I do have a slight complaint about this exotic and it's this: The heavy fiery wave attack is extremely narrow and inconsistent when attacking. I've tested both in PvE and PvP where light attacks are far more consistent while the heavy attacks can still do it, you're just gonna have to pray it hits. While the Young Wolf's Howl, D1 exotic sword from Rise of Iron campaign, had a better flame wave slam attack than this one unfortunately.
My suggestion? Make it clear it visually clear to the player when the heavy attack is performed as sometime it also does not show your flame wave. You do not need full sword energy to do it either just by pulling the axe out with one Lucent blade will slowly charge your sword energy. The axe should feel exotic and while it does feel unique it doesn't feel good to use your slam attack for it to be shy of your combatant especially when they boop you away after. In a way, the Wolfsbane is just a weaker version of a wave-frame sword like Synanceia.
Again thank you and have a blessed day.
