Coil top 1%
How do you get there?
We did a run in Ultimate, at 550, all the hard modifiers plus brawn, pressure cooker, extinction, load-out restrictions….
One guy bailed out on us after 5’ so we did all of it just 2 guardians, plenty of time left on the timer and yet we’re still 100k from the top 1%.
Are we missing something? Or is it just running it faster?

That is what many are missing. It is not just a speed run but pots breaking and motes collecting on top of that. Did this and got top 1%.

There is a special HVT that spawns in coil a glass hoarder I believe it's called, if killed might also help overall score. Have seen it twice in my runs and managed to kill it, but very rarely does it spawn, and not certain if it's similar to salt mines HVT that is required to boost score.

7 RepliesHere is the list you need to abide by; - always use new weapons and armor. - make sure you’re at least guardian rank 9 - make sure you are 550 light. - make sure you use the feature exotic. - make sure you use all modifiers that give the most arrows as negative modifiers. - make sure you have the collected that spawns killed. - don’t die at all. - and the last thing is speed run who’ll killing everything. If you have all the above with he fasted time this will result in a %1 achievement.

Or is it just running it faster?[/quote] Time bonus goes from 5% to 15% of your score. This is in the form of additional points, which is then multiplied by your score multiplier. The big other people may be mentioning is the way bungie fixed lower level players scoring was to add a multiplier for them which actually has their scores above max level players rather than the same.

Agree, seems to be a bug. We did a run one minute quick then the previous run and got a lower score by about 150k! Both with the same modifiers on.
