Hi, this message is for a mod who can help me looking at an issue. I have been banned for unstable internet connection, and, I appealed realizing I was recently banned while trying to log into my game after taking my console back from a friend's home where I assume he used to play Destiny 2 on. I appealed it, and, broke down everything about the situation, however, the appeal was denied and was simply told that it was due to connection issues or lag. The appeal team also said it was a temporary ban, and, that the ban won't be lifted until restriction is over. I tried to contact them 2-3 times again and asked for the restriction or ban lift date, and, they keep replying with the same automatic message explaining why I was banned, and, they keep mentionning that the temporary restriction won't be lifted until it's over. Is there a MOD in here who can assist me and advise when that restriction or ban should be over as they're saying it's a temporary restriction? Thanks ahead of time.
