I think it's time we revisit Destiny's potential to be ran on Linux.
After the announcement of the new Steam Machine and the other SteamOS based hardware, I believe it's time we should reconsider allowing Destiny players to run via Proton through different Linux distros. I'm aware that in the past there were "security concerns", but I believe that argument is nonsense, given that Windows users have the same ability to breach Destiny 2's Security. I know personally this would make my life way more convenient, as I have to specifically boot into Windows to play Destiny on what I'm hoping to eventually be a Linux only system. If y'all have other thoughts I'd love to hear them.
