Armor charges useless
I did a little bit of testing and i found out that armor charges especially the one on the legs don't do anything, they are supposed to give you "stat" bonus when you have charge but with 3 weapons surges im doing the same damage as whithout, so what's the point in those mods if the effects doesn't work ????

The Weapon Font mod boosts the weapon stat by 20/40/50 which, 0-100 stat pnts, boosts reload+handling up to 10% & [b][u]damage to [i]minor and major combatants[/i] up to 15%[/u][/b]. 101-200 wep stat pnts boosts large ammo brick chance, and wep damage against PvE bosses and a separate number against other Guardians. Nothing is bugged.
