Imagine if arc raiders was like DayZ, instead of instanced 30m sessions, you could just play the game and the entire map open world rather different locations to instance into. After playing arc raiders can say it is fun to a degree, after you do all quest, prestige 6 times, get to level 75, get every blueprint and upgrades for the workbench, there's not much left to do. The pvp is boring imo, running around griefing your fellow sparanzans is dumb, I'll just meet up with those guys in sparanza and share some toast from this badass toaster I took from you as you were about to extract but I killed you and stole because I am an PoS. If that's your type of fun have at it, extraction shooters imo suck, if they went DayZ with it I'd appreciate the game more, still to this day DayZ is far superior to any extraction shooter because of the freedom to explore without a time limit. DayZ 2 when it drops after the next arma is going to be awesome and cannot wait for it to drop in the future, DayZ still holds up to this day despite how old that engine is.

If only I gave a fart about Arc Raider. Two different games, two different gameplay loop and mechanics, good for you if you are having fun, but there is no substitute for the Destiny experience on the market today.

I think Arc Raiders will fade eventually because it doesn't have the deep story and lore like D1 and D2 do. And Destiny games have extensive PvE experiences. Even in its declining years the Destiny franchise is a package that will be hard to match in the long run. I haven't played Arc Raiders but I've watched a bunch of streams. I can't play games now that need fast hand eye coordination since I had a car accident awhile ago so it's a pity I can't try it.

10/10 comparing a game that just released to a +10 year old dying game.

i mean even if d2 is in a TERRRRRRRRIBLE state rn comparing it to the game that just released number wise is kinda unfair lmao compare both games in something like 1 or 2 years and then yes you can mock the other game X)

Arc raiders is AI slop, not to mention it isn't the game they originally advertised which is what I was excited for, a big PvE game with lots of loot and action Now it's some lame -blam!- PvP game with all of the assets generated by AI.

I’ve looked at a few vids about Arc Raiders…the most interesting bit to me is how players opt to join forces and fight the common enemy…not always, though, as there’s always a few sneaky bots to be wary of, no matter how sweet the words. Then, aside from that, it’s an extraction game. I wonder if Marathon might follow a similar scenario…but with Destiny characteristics?! [i]Hmmmm?! [/i]🤫 That is all. Ease Springs! 🤔
