Hawthorne Engrams are NOT available to claim!
I had 4 engrams at hawthorne at the moment. Usually I claim all my engrams before I reset hawthorne's rank, many of my friends don't even do that, they just reset without claiming. But I did it once by accident, and now hawthorne's engrams are no longer able to be claimed

It's because you got to 500. It's a known issue. Since it hurts the player, not Bungie, there is no timeline to fix. LOL
