When I log into the game, the chat box in the lower right corner of the screen pops up with "Welcome to Destiny." I tried using "/clear" to remove it, but it leaves behind a message saying "Chat history has been cleared," preventing the chat box from being completely emptied. I observed my friends' chat boxes, and they don't have this issue. This never happened before the Lightfall expansion, but started occurring one day after its release. Please help. Please don't suggest hiding the chat, as that doesn't solve the fundamental problem.
