is the malfeasance catalyst disabled or bugged? ive done well over 200+ activities where it drops and nothing ive heard that if you have unfinished catalysts thats why its not dropping but i also heard thats a myth. also since the catalyst drops from strikes crucible etc can xur have it in stock he has trinity ghouls and it drops the same way someone clear this up for me please and thank you
