Hello As the title says, somehow I got permanent scorch stacks in one instance of the caldera activity when using the ashes to ashes combat modifier.Just to bring awareness, it has not happened to me again so I don't know the conditions to replicate it, however, it happened after engaging with one of the fallen guys with solar shotguns and/or explosive damage from the exploding shank. Things impacting my health I had active were the brawn modifier, a heal clip / adagio ahab char, health restoration with orbs, and phoenix dive ability.
