Missing Mote of Light

PLATFORM: PlayStation
ISSUE: Didn't receive nineth mote of light after completing the 3 boss fights in each of the landing zones of the pale heart.
REPRO STEPS: Found and the eights motes throughout the pale heart for the eight pedestals at the tower. Beat all the bosses for each of the landing zones but only have 16 motes of light. Why?
