Anti-barrier seasonal perk not working on Wicked Implement
The seasonal barrier perk is not working for Wicked Implement. I have verified this in multiple Portal activities. I have confirmed that other scout rifles are working normally with this perk.

Yes. This is intentional and is well known. It’s not supposed to work. They changed it a while ago because it was able to stun all champions
