I played this game since 2014. I haven't played trials in years. I played trials last night and it was quite enjoyable. The things you all have done to eliminate the secondary economy from D2 is working. Raid carries, trials carries, and GM nightfall carries have played this game for years by incentivizing people to cheat. Opening the rewards for wins or losses in trials get some of those hardcore sweats out of it. All of the restrictions around the raid for the world's first completion award definitely took care of the cheaters and hackers. now content creators are leaving which is really going to help the bungee development team pick a direction for the game content then pick a system for rewards and stay with it! When there are too many voices influence in the direction of any project or service the constant change of direction is always going to be a problem. This game is now more accessible to current players who like to play solo with small fire teams or really to do whatever they want. Anyone who's been with this game as long as I have will know that as soon as big changes are announced that the game is going to be broken for at least 6 months and the content won't be able to stand on its own for at least a year that's the way it's always been. My advice to stay with the portal stay with the systems you have planned and to fix the damn vault just take the restrictions off of the collections tab that way we can pull whatever we've earned whenever we want and we don't have to constantly keep multiples of anything we can pull whatever we want put the perks on it we've earned and get rid of the Vault!
