I wanted to post my own video with this problem, I ran Caldera in solo ops and it's annoying that combination blow never reached X2 or X3 meaning I was stuck at X1 at best, overall it's annoying to feel like you need to gamble and see if it will activate and heal you in order to survive and at this point I feel like game is in a bad state and with that I'm also tempted to uninstall the game and never touch it. I want to see this game work I really do but it's stuff like that, that I don't want to deal with and it's a "fun killer" for me...
