For real like, this current situation is -blam!- like everyone is running around while everything is on fire.
Then the raid race lol..
And please stop listing to youtubers we have been saying this countless times
Literally like the flagship is sinking
Its more like a live event (The almighty) aka the community flagship flying towards the tower and is about collapse soon while bungie is watching at it from the tower

Feel bad for people on social media.

2 RepliesGaming life is simple. Play what you like to play. So play different games if you dont like it anymore.
-
Also brace yourselves for the new exotic mission. The first clear might be OK, but once it's in pinnacle ops just remember you'll have to do it at A no doubt to get catalysts. So if you've been grinding its going to suck. If you're at a lower level it might actually be easier.
-
Yeah, was literally shocked that there was no mention of the promised roadmap or any upcoming live fixes, etc. It seems that nothing is going to happen until 14th Oct and that could mean these deltas are indeed coming.
-
You mean when they told us a new exotic quest is coming!?! That’s great news!👍
-
1 ReplyBungie should have posted a State of the Game article instead. The TWID being their only means of delivering news to us isn't going to cut it anymore.
-
Beside the exotic mission next week there is nothing in the game, so many bugs and so little to do. They say are listening but they are not acting on anything, not even trying to add things to bring players back in or help the grind. They need to start addressing as much as they can now to stop the exodus. And I don't believe we can blame the youtubers as most of them are so over the game right now, Bungie need to pull their heads out and listen to the entire community and make things available across the board for all player types.

2 RepliesWhat if we tell everyone we are "really, really sorry..." - Lord Bungo
-
They aren't listening to youtubers... They aren't listening to anyone
-
Forreal they are very out of touch.
-
1 ReplyFlagship sinking u say? Its underwater alrdy, people left playing are in the liferafts holding on.
-
1 ReplyEdited by salmon41: 10/3/2025 10:22:41 AMI can’t believe that with the state the game is in and they are still nerfing stuff!!! They need to stop listening to the Crucibabies complaining that they are being killed too often by some weapons!!
-
1 Reply"We hear you and know everything is in a tough spot so here's a nerf. Enjoy!"
-
2 RepliesThe exotic mission I’m not getting my hopes up it’s probably going to launch broken
-
1 ReplyI wish they stopped listening to YouTubers too, but Bungie thinks what they say is very important, because they are a voice for their millions of followers. And what a YouTuber talks about on their channel, people see it and mostly agree. Which sux because YouTubers and streamers are part of why destiny is ruined. The other half of why it's ruined, is on the company.

Bungie's key expressions; TBD, soon, in the near future, working on it, somewhere down the line Everything they're pushing forward should have been dealt with months ago. We're only two months away from Renegades and there's still not a roadmap. And when they manage to actually deliver something it's typically way off target. Just as an example, two-three months into the Portal and they're already stepping away from modifiers adding level difficulty - now it's a pre-set delta with modifiers just adding mechanics. Why would they take all this time to change the system at its core when they could have just lowered the requirements for scores? Bungie is - with the exception of the fun factor - the equivalent of when Mike Perry asked for the Halo theme song to be his walkout song but UFC screwed up and put on Halo by Beyonce. They might be listening but they're not paying attention.
-
Streamers should simply stop playing destiny 2 as a dayjob and get a real job . No-one asked them to be d2 streamers in the first place but that is not even the main issue . If those d2 streamers had like 50 subs then bungie would not even listen to them cause they don't have a lot of influence . Who is so dumb to be a sub and litterally pay them while you can watch them for free without even being a follower ???

Player frustration at Sony/BHQ is abundantly clear, and has been expressed via different media and Forums. BHQ responds: All Stations, this is Zero (HQ)…maintain Radio Silence…and…cue <crickets> Carry On. Zero / Out SMH 🙄 Some high profile gamers who also stream and make videos, did make calls to raise the ceiling - particularly re endgame content. Nothing wrong with that, especially as I steer well clear of the Neomuna Overtuna bandwidth…unfortunately, they also seem to be held up as (convenient) scapegoats, especially as their comms channels are usually open and accessible to everyone. And, perhaps, that’s why elements are unleashing their fury and frustration at them, simply because they can’t unleash on Sony / BHQ more directly due to the giant walls of silence that ‘Zero’ hides behind!? 🧐 Joe B was the only one ever who sat and faced the Community directly, armed only with a notepad and pen, upon which, were a few hastily scribbled bullet points. And he talked to us…not at us or down to us…like they do. 🫤 I liked Joe…for his courage…but, like King Canute (sp?), the tide could not be stopped. Zero had him fall on his sword…they knew it…Joe knew it…as did a significant number of reasonable Guardians. I like Joe for his honesty…that little scrap with a Champion! There’s many that would hide that sort of stuff. Joe didn’t…and I like him for that, very much! I mean, who hasn’t been there and done that? I know I have…many times! 😁 TLDR: play fair / play nice / ease up on your fellow Guardians / don’t quit / don’t cheat…🤔 That is all. Murphy, my ghost, agrees! 👻 Ease Slings! 🖖

1 ReplyEdited by Monkey: 10/3/2025 1:39:16 AMThink for the last few years, ive stopped taking anything these guys say seriously when it comes to the twab. Most of the time, the twab is filled with pure random crap while they ignore the actual game's issues and they use it to try and sell emblems or store merch. Yes, lets congrats the paper champs for the raid race lol No wonder this game is in the position its in right now.
-
Welp, time for an extended break anyway - playing D1 for the first time, and I got Destiny Rising if I want more Destiny Otherwise I got plenty of games to play ( no, not Warframe, I took a much needed break from that as well )
-
2 RepliesReally enjoy watching whats left of Bungie fumble and tumble around.
-
i can imagine the dude writting these TWID's thinking that not addresing the elephant in the room will somehow make it go away, this one was the last straw for me until they get their -blam!- together and stop virtue signaling and plugging their merch.
-
Dont feel bad. If people are still playing, it's their decision. They know what this game is now.
-
1 ReplyHonestly, at that point it feels like whatever they say they are gonna get s*** on anyway, so might as well stick to the bare minimum and let the changes in game do the talking. As a player, I’d rather they say nothing if they have nothing to say than putting out a “we hear you” followed by half baked reward and sandbox tweak. There’s no way they are not aware of the situation, and I rather they take their time to regroup and think about their next steps rather than try to put out fire every week. The issue that plague D2 since EoF are not quick and easy fix.
-
4 RepliesEverything’s better! There’s an exotic mission for an ax lol.
-
1 ReplyAt this point, it looks like both players and Bungie have given up on the game. Somehow, Bungie still had time to publish new soundtrack and ornament set for purchase this week, available for cash or silver of course.
