Not sure how true this is, but from what I've heard is that cheating has become more prevalent on older gen consoles than on PC for a few reasons: 1. Older gen console players can alter the date, setting it back to before a broken weapon or build was nerfed, which allows them to capitalize on it. 2. Battleye is specific to PC and doesn't catch console players. Again, these are things I heard...not saying they're true.
