Cannot Access Duality
Hello. A couple of weeks ago (I cannot remember the exact date) I accepted the "A single thread" quest and entered the Duality dungeon. As it was too hard, I decided to leave it for later. I am trying to access it now, and now it is saying I require a dungeon key, despite me being able to play the dungeon earlier.
To be completely clear, [b]I am not talking about the Portal Activity called Nightmare of Gahlran[/b], I am talking about the actual dungeon accessible from the world map, Duality.
I am playing on PC using a steam account.

Bungie will review the ticket during business hours only and take any necessary action such as reapplying the dungeon key if needed. If you didn't purchase it, then you were accessing the dungeon during the free access period that ran from the launch of Ash & Iron but ended on September 23rd.
