This goes with the current issue of Data Pad spawning being tied to a tally system and I have a feeling that you had one of them "technically collected" before you went into the activity. Game doesn't know which one you will get, spawns both pads, but once you picked up the first one, it knocked out the other on backend of data collection, but kept it "physically" spawned, but ignored your "physical" acquirement of the second one. When the Data Pad consistently spawned in the Reclaim Activity which takes you to The Divide in Cosmodrome, if you kept picking it up, then you kept getting "new" lore which then eliminated whatever later ones would be gotten in the activities that have Triumphs attached to them. Someone at Bungie in their infinite wisdom decided to attach the Weekly Triumphs to the Pads Spawning in portal activities, which for some reason get knocked out by TALLY of Lore Collection instead of locking the Lore to each Pad Spawning. [b]BUT IT WON'T KNOCK OUT THE TRIUMPHS, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE TECHNICALLY COMPLETED BECUASE YOU HAVE THE DARN LORE BOOK COMPLETED MEANING YOU HAVE THE DATA PAD IN SOME FORM COLLECTED, JUST NOT FROM THEIR EXPECTED LOCATION.
