Why do they keep ruining gear???
Every time they make a piece of gear that’s awesome, a year later they decide, “you know what? People are actually having FUN using this. Let’s take it away for no reason…”. I could not really solo anything until a made an assassins cowl build. And lo and behold a year later …. They’ve ruined that piece of gear for no good reason. It doesn’t heal you fully anymore, and doesn’t go invisible the same way anymore…. . It’s trash now. I’m heart broken. I know its just a game, but they have CLEARLY not learned how to leave something alone that’s already working just fine. It’s just not fun anymore.

cuz they want more grind without increasing content suits pushing as much grind as possible without increasing the budget for more content, more grind means players 'finish' their grind less and increases /timeplayed on the most addicted players /timeplayed engagement is direclty connected to increased cash shop revenue since they are resigned to a minimal new content budget, this is their path now until cash shop revenue drops off so hard that they have to change course again only sony can save this garbage now
