Hawthorne engrams bugged

My self and two other gamers in my clan cannot collect engrams from Hawthorne. It’s shaded out gray. Says I have 15 to collect. Any info on this problem would be appreciated.

I have five currently but don’t do much clan stuff so I get less; but yes not working. Especially when it was it was spitting out 200 power gear
