Lower powerlevel Rewards from portal activites. Player powerlevel 529 rewards at B+ 528 how?
Hi, during the selection of a portal activity my gets show a different powerlevel for the rewards
then he should be. he currently is powerlevel 529, but most of the time he only gets shown 528 instead of
the supposed 529 at B+ Rewards. At A rewards he only gets 530 power gear
