Hierarchy of Needs Guidance Ring and Catalyst bug.
Guidance Ring energy is generating off of any hit, on anything damageable, instead of just precision hits and final blows.
As for the catalyst, seeking projectiles fired from guidance rings are not refreshing prophetic vector's countdown upon hitting a target.
