I've been playing Destiny 2 since very beginning. The beginning was epic. (I'd say till moon missions everything was more or less okay) But the last two seasons or dlc are gone off the track, big time. I liked destiny for it's vast story-line and innovative game play. Story was funny, interesting to fight off kabals with most amazing companion cayde. And puzzle solving and treasure hunting were also so fun. Back then we didn't have missions where you need stagger weapons equipped or overload equipped. It was Pick your favorite weapons and GO! And it was fun. Now new seasons are getting worse and worse. (I know bungie going through struggles) First of all. Bungie You shouldn't release dlc every year. I know you set it as a goal, but it forces developers to do content in a hurry, which makes sloppy story-line and game-play. Instead give us some events our special drops or game-modes. We can wait. Same thing goes for game play. Last dlc's are like complete emptiness of mobs OR constant battle ground in open world. And of course the new skills also bad. good idea but execution of it i bad. to break pink shields need to stand on pink vomit on ground. I like the thing you can mix up skills multiple in one. But c'mon again to make game over complicated break pink shield level up artifact then overload shield break. My god why... I want to come to game to have fun, to relax. Not to swap weapons constantly or skills or to search for pink splat on ground. My suggestion is to remove artifact, no need of those shield barriers. Let players enjoy game. Bring new maps for crucible for gambit for vanguard. Also there is one more option if game goes off the rails. Can do something like mass effect andromeda. Start a new story, new beginning as Destiny 3. AS player we really don't care about gay relationships (ramses+that shiny pvp guy forgot name or that woman on mars, we don't care gay or not. All we want good storyline that drags us in unbelievable events of space journey). Ah and one more thing is main menu. Why it is so complicated. Can't you make it easier for new players to navigate. even for me its sometime though time to understand how to find what I want. I wish Destiny comes back from this mess, I still enjoy game but its not great as it was. ( ofcourse also cheater problem, but in all games have cheater so its not so surprising for me) Well thats my point of view, my thoughts. I wish all best for Destiny to come back to life.
