I know that with all the current bugs and fixes, this might be difficult to implement in the short term, but I’d like to propose a new feature for raid encounters.
The idea is to add a “teaching mode” button for encounters, similar to how the firing range works. This mode would keep the encounter timer but remove wipes and revive token limits. There wouldn’t need to be any loot rewards for defeating the boss this way—it would simply be a tool for learning.
I believe this would encourage veteran players to teach raids in a more welcoming environment while giving newer players the chance to learn mechanics without the usual pressure.
Another option could be something similar to World of Warcraft’s LFG raid system: reduced boss health, reduced incoming damage, and simplified timings on core mechanics. This would make raiding more accessible, so that even casual or solo-queue players can experience it without needing a perfect team.

Explore mode from Rite of The Nine was that feature for Dungeons and Bungie is planning on adding that to Dungeons afaik. Raids not so much.
