T5 Boomslang-4fr charge time masterwork does not grant additional stats.
Hello,
I have two of the same weapon with the exact same perks, except the masterwork. One has handling and the other has charge time.
As you can see from the screenshots. Charge time masterwork does not provide additional stats like it's supposed to.

I noticed the charge time mod also doesnt change the charge time numbers. I havent tested to see if its only a visual bug.
