Disconnect/Replace Linked Twitch

Been trying for hours to no avail to disconnect my current linked Twitch account. I am signed into it, it works, it is not banned, it is not deleted. I have tried to remove the link from both here and on Twitch itself. Not getting drops, didn’t get the Gnarled Tendrils emblem despite watching on the linked account, and I’m genuinely annoyed. Yes, I’ve gone to the rewards page and hit refresh. Can someone at Bungie please unlink it? I can provide all identification, verification, whatever is needed.

  • Hi there! Bungie cannot remove any account from any profile for any reason. In order to unlink your Twitch account, you must be able to authenticate it. If you are able to authenticate your account on Twitch, please try logging into Bungie.net with your Twitch account. If it is showing as the incorrect account, you will need to log in with the associated platform account and unlink your Twitch account.

    • Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. As Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf. If you're having trouble with the unlinking process, we recommend clearing your browser cache, trying a different browser, trying a different device altogether, or a combination of these to attempt to alleviate the situation. Regarding Twitch Drops, to confirm that you successfully earned some, locate your "Redeem Code" page in your Bungie.net account and then click on "Partner Rewards." Your Twitch Drops will appear on this page. Any Twitch Drop that is an emblem will show up in your Destiny 2 Collections under Flair>Emblems>General if your platform account is connected to your Bungie.net account. If you're unable to locate the Twitch Drop: Click the "Refresh" button at the top of the page beside "Missing Twitch Rewards" and the page will update with any Twitch items you've earned. If the Twitch Drop doesn't appear, log in to Twitch's website and view your Drops Inventory to see all the Drops you've earned. Click on the "Claim" button on any Destiny 2 Drops that have that option below them, go back to your Partner Rewards area, and click the "Refresh" button to get the Drop to appear. Unearned Destiny 2 Twitch Drops will not appear on this page. If the Drop still doesn't appear, you may need to connect or reconnect your Twitch profile to your Bungie.net account and follow the above steps.
