Prophetic Vector, the Catalyst for Heirarchy Of Needs, gives a draw time and reload speed buff to the Bow after Creating a Ring, or scoring hits with the solar projectiles it fires with your arrows. Deploying the Ring gives you the buff as intended, but the solar seekers do not give you any additional time to the buff, leading to an extremely clunky experience. This appears to be bugged ever since they nerfed the super ability gain from the bow.
