Firstly, the grind is absolutely abhorrent. It's no longer fun. It feels emotionless, and robotic. On top of that it's so hard to get your light level up in the current system with Prime Engrams dropping, like what, every 20 games? That's ridiculous. Secondly, I can't find anyone to play with anymore. Since the Portal adjusts to average party light level I have to decline anyone trying to join my fireteam that's well over my light. Otherwise, the entire game is pointless to me. This is splintering the community in ways I've never seen in a video game before. I truly do not understand how this system passed testing. Please just go back to the old system. It's like the saying goes, "if it ain't broke don't fix it."
