TAPIR error on CIS

I am from the CIS, please Bungie, can I get a response from an official representative so that I can provide this information to Steam support and arrange a refund for my last annual pass, because Steam support is refusing me citing their agreement, although many users have received refunds. #TAPIR #ERROR #REFUND #BUNGIE #BUNGIE_HELP

Bungie has no control over steams policy. You will need to work with steam to try and get a refund.
