on the 25/9/2025 i purchased the £15.99 silver giving 2,500 to my account, i used 2,000 to upgrade my hunter to bring it to the same level as my warlock, i now log in to find my hunter is back where it started and the silver not refunded and my charactor now needing to be upgraded again, this needs to be fixed why charactor upgrades are going missing when applied,
